The images below represent the four main sources where we as consumers directly contribute to the emission of greenhouse gases that cause global warming. The order here represents the the decreasing amounts of the greenhouse gases produced from these sources, for example, on average our extensive use (and often waste) of electricity is responsible for the largest quantity of emissions than any other category.
